Humphrey has over 25 years of experience as a litigation attorney. He has been the managing partner of the civil litigation department in a midsized Maine law firm, a senior trial counsel for a regional insurance company, and a trial counsel representing plaintiffs in a dedicated personal injury practice. He has also served as Special Assistant United States Attorney in the Districts of Hawaii, Utah, and New Mexico, and as a Captain in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps of the United States Army. Before studying law, Humphrey served as an officer in the British Army.

Humphrey has concentrated his legal practice in civil litigation, trials, arbitrations, and mediations in cases ranging from modest to catastrophic injury actions, construction defect disputes, timber trespass claims, real estate disputes, and actions involving civil engineering failures, product liability disputes, fire loss claims, and business disputes.
